The pig is first selected from one of the local farms in Cleveland. Next, the pig is placed into what is known as a hog roast machine. A hog roast machine comes in a variety of shapes and sizes, from cylindrical to rectangular. All of the machines are portable and have wheels, meaning they can be used anywhere you wish. Furthermore, the machines do not require a motor or even electricity, so you can be sure that nothing is going to go wrong on your big day.
